Lisa's love for dance developed into a full-time fitness career. After receiving her BFA she channeled her focus into her Pilates certification. During the almost two decades since her first Pilates session, Lisa has worked to become a certified personal trainer and received her certification in Russian kettlebells from SFG. In addition, she received Level 1 certifications in Animal Flow and with Original Strength. Through years of self practice, teaching hundreds of clients ranging from their 20s to 70s, she has learned the importance of proper movement mechanics for daily healthy living.
That, combined with her knowledge of anatomy, has enabled her numerous clients to move better and feel better! Subsequently, Lisa received a certification from Precision Nutrition to more positively affect her clients' lives. There are many aspects to fitness, but it really comes down to two basic components, she believes...fitness and nutrition.

Lisa Marie Kocsis focuses on whole body movements using kettlebell exercises that incorporate multi-joint mobility with both dynamic and controlled movement to improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. She helps prevent injury using her knowledge of anatomy, and very strict technique.

Nutrition plans are based on establishing a well-rounded diet which incorporates proper levels of macronutrients and sufficient hydration for improved state of well-being. Lisa takes the client's lifestyle habits into consideration, as this is an integral component when addressing nutritional adjustments.
