GUIDED MEDITATION, Virginia
I'm certified in various meditation practices, all of which are associated with the Universal Healing Tao. These help to transform stress (emotional and physical) and stagnant energy into vitality. During the various meditations, we're working to help move chi (energy) throughout our body to create internal balance and harmony. We work to become aware of tapping into the energy of the earth through our feet and pulling energy from above down into our bodies (through the crown), as the universe is a constant source of it. Much healing comes from listening to our bodies, and meditation enables us to focus on this.
Breath awareness and grounding are two essential components of these meditation practices.
We also utilize these meditation practices to focus more specifically on the five main organs… heart, lungs, liver, spleen, kidneys
6 HEALING SOUNDS
This practice assists in recovery from physical and emotional toxicity. We focus on lengthening our exhalation and using sounds to help with the detoxification process; 80% of total detoxification in our body happens through the lungs, and associated organs of the large intestine and skin. The best way to slow our heart rate and enter the parasympathetic state is lengthening the exhale. It's necessary to be in the parasympathetic state to recover from physical and emotional trauma, and maximize detoxification of the lungs.INNER SMILE
This meditation is to direct healing energy into our body with mindfulness and love. We direct our focus using a smile. Wherever we bring our focus gets the energy / chi.The physical essence of this meditation is to bring the chi using our eyes, mind, heart, and breath. The emotional essence is acceptance and appreciation (for ourselves & others).
MICROCOSMIC ORBIT
This meditation brings energy to the two main channels in our body, circulating energy to all meridians and balancing yin / yang throughout. We can use this meditation to increase energy (if we need stimulation) or calm our energy (if we're overstimulated / stressed).WARM-UP EXERCISES
These exercises are designed to warm up our spinal joints to improve mobility there, and to promote circulation of the spinal fluid. They also help to activate our immune and lymphatic systems.CHI SELF-MASSAGE
This massage practice is done to wake up the body following meditation, and helps to improve circulation in the face and body. It can be done by itself or in combination with other forms.STANDING QI-GONG
Standing meditation offers the grounding aspect. When we feel this in our bodies, it's much easier to bring our mind to the meditation. It also enables us to get loading in our lower extremities which improves bone density.Don't hesitate to Call Lisa Kocsis Now! Lisa Marie Kocsis with any questions or inquiries that you have.
